Executive – Technical Operations
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide technical supports covering LAN, Internet Connectivities, Operating Systems, and Virus resolutions.
- Provide technical services in the area of problem troubleshooting and rectifications of hardware and software
Assist the sales department in the area of system recommendations and proposal. - Support internal operational requirements in the area of maintenance, backup, and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player
- Minimum 1 years working experience in SI or end user environment. Fresh Graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Hands-On experienced in Server, PC, Printer, Anti virus, and OS
- Working knowledge on various network devices : Switches, Routers, Wireless Connectivities, and Internet
- Have minimum academic qualifications of Diploma / Bachelor degree in IT related discipline. Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
